94th Floor Princess Tower

This 6200 square feet penthouse is located on the 94th floor of Dubai’s iconic Princess Tower in the Dubai Marina.

Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of almost all of the most popular landmarks in Dubai from the comfort of their holiday home as the penthouse offers spectacular views of the Dubai Palm, the Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island and the Dubai Ain as well as views of the Burj Al Arab and the Emirates golf course.

Despite being in the Marina, on a clear day guests will even be able to see the Burj Khalifa in the distance.

The penthouse was renovated in 2022 and upgraded to ensure that our guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possible while at the same time maintaining the luxurious finishes that Princess Tower is known for.

The penthouses main lounge has two siting areas, a full sized pool table, a bar area and 2 balconies overlooking the Dubai Palm.

The penthouse has balconies all around its perimeter.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, dishwasher and a water dispenser as well as cookware, cutlery and glassware .It also has both indoor and outdoor eating areas overlooking the Dubai Palm and Bluewaters Island.

The penthouse has 5 bedrooms, four of which are en-suite with the fifth having its own bathroom just across the corridor.

The bedrooms are all equipped with queen sized beds as well as plenty of cupboard space.

Also included in the penthouse is a private exercise room equipped with a treadmill, elliptical machine and an exercise bike as well as a table tennis table that can be used by guests.

Guests will also have access to two covered parkings during their stay.

Princess Tower amenities are also available for guests to use during their stay and include two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), sauna rooms, children play areas as well as a fully equipped gym.
