Located right in the Dubai Marina guests will have direct access to the walkable 7 kilometres of the Dubai Marina with many restaurants and cafes.

The penthouse was renovated in 2025 and upgraded to ensure that our guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possible while at the same time maintaining the luxurious finishes that Cayan Tower is known for.

The penthouses main lounge has a tv area, a sitting area, a bar area, a dining area and a balcony overlooking the Dubai Marina and the Ain Dubai.

The penthouse has balconies all around its perimeter.

The penthouse also includes a private swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, dishwasher as well as cookware, cutlery and glassware.

The penthouse has 4 bedrooms, all four of which are en-suite.

The bedrooms are all equipped with queen sized beds as well as plenty of cupboard space.

Also included in the penthouse are a washing machine and dryer.

Guests will also have access to three free covered parkings during their stay.

Cayan Tower amenities are also available for guests to use during their stay and include a swimming pool, sauna rooms as well as a fully equipped gym.

Please note: In order to maintain the cleanliness of the private swimming pool guests may be asked to allow access during their stay for pool maintenance.
