50th Floor Duplex Penthouse in the JBR

This 3500 square foot duplex penthouse is located on the 50th floor of Al Fattan Marine Tower in the Dubai Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR).

Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai from the comfort of their living room and bedrooms.

The penthouse was renovated in 2024 and upgraded to ensure that our guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possibile.

The penthouse features a huge lounge with a tv room and dining area on the bottom floor and a second lounge and bar area on the top floor.

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and water dispenser as well as cookware, cutlery and glassware.

There is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

The penthouse has 4 bedrooms, two on each floor, all with en-suite bathrooms and queen sized beds.

All of the bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space.

Guests will have access to free covered parking in the building during their stay.

Al Fattan Marine Tower amenities are available to guests and include a swimming pool, gym and spa area.

Please note: As the JBR is one of the most popular areas of Dubai, there can be some traffic noise or music on weekends.
